Cancellation/ No Show Fees

We require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel and/or reschedule a Behind-The- Wheel lesson. Appointment cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $49 Late Cancellation Fee.

A No Show for a scheduled Behind-The-Wheel lesson will incur a $49 Late Cancellation Fee. A No Show includes, but is not limited to: 1. Not having a valid California Learner’s Permit at the time of scheduled lesson. 2. Incorrect/ incomplete pick up address / phone numbers that do not work. No Exceptions. Please note that you can call us to notify us of your cancellation. If you contact us during after-hours please leave a text or voicemail.

Refund And Expiration Date

Please note that there are no refunds once payment has been received.

Lost Completion Certificates

There is a $25 replacement fee for all lost and/or damaged completion certificates.
